OUR MISSION AT REVIVE

Here at Revive Church, we are here to play our part in God’s great commission to Make Disciples found in Matthew 28:18. Everyone is part of that plan and He created the local church to be that vehicle.

Each local church has its own fingerprint and identity of how to reach the town, city & nation that they are in.  This fingerprint and identity is what has formed our Mission Statement.  It is what we believe God has given to us as Revive Church.

Our mission looks at how we as a church, as a church family can make disciples. Our collective mission.

Wherever you are on your discipleship journey – you are part of this mission. If you are new, you get to join this amazing adventure; if you are already on that journey of faith and have been for a while then we really hope that this mission we are on for Jesus brings everything together, inspires, and ignites something in you.

We hope that you are wanting to sing from the same hymn sheet; join in with this sound that we are talking about that is going to reverberate through our church, town, surrounding areas, and to wherever God wants to take it, online and as we say in the statement we believe to the nation.

Each part of our Mission statement links into our personal discipleship journey of KNOW GOD, GET FREE, FIND PURPOSE & MAKE A DIFFERENCE and is how we outwork it on a collective level.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?

If you've followed this series we have unpacked how there is Good News for all, that God isn't angry or wanting to punish us; he's actually madly in love with us and made a way to connect with Him through Jesus. Today we want to unpack what is in it for us? You might be thinking why do I need Jesus in 2020. Tune in to find out. We also have some good news stories from around Revive.

From Series: "What Good News?"

All we seem to be hearing is bad news at the moment. In this series we explore the Good News. The literal translation of the word Gospel means “nearly-too-good-to-be-true news”. What it contains is too good to be true, yet it is there for us.
